      Snacks, people, office is beautiful

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t know what they are doing (it’s the only company most have worked at so they don’t truly know best practices) - training is terrible, platform is convoluted, sales processes are inconsistent across teams, managers are inexperienced plus culture is very young and clicky.

      Lots of interesting people and pretty office

      Cons

      They are rolling back a lot of benefits and much cheaper with raises or promos lately. Usually less than 3% raises for everyone regardless of who performed best or worse. Promotions are extremely rare and usually just given to people that are already a director or higher.

      Beautiful office in One World Trade with 360 views of Manhattan.

      Cons

      Toxic and most unprofessional team I have worked in. I witnessed and was a victim of bullying, belittling, and condescending behavior by my managers. They fail to take any accountability for their own short comings. They would say some of the most nasty things about other people they work with, both internally and externally. They lack respect, integrity, humility, and professionalism.
