Pros

Solid technology to sell. New to market, so presents some fun challenges in educating people.

Cons

Not a lot of transparency from leadership, never sure what is going on. Also, does not seem like there is a clear direction/mission/goals at least not one that is communicated to employees. Extremely poor benefits, but competitive pay.

-First of it's kind product -Intelligent and motivated employees -Stocked Kitchen -Great NY office -Enterprise level experience

Cons

-Poor pay -With the exception of the former Qlik employees, leadership across the board even c-level is inexperienced -Subjective promotions/firings -Poor benefits -Zero equity -Premature product from a market stand point.

The sales team consists of intelligent individuals, all driven to collaborate and help each other increase success, as well as push themselves to do the best job they can. If the opportunity to make good money motivates you, and you'd enjoy selling a highly renowned innovative technology, definitely apply.

Cons

Process mining is not such a known industry to many enterprises today. It's our job to educate about the technology (which is an amazing tool).
