      Pros

      Nice colleagues, typical startup benefits, but the expectation to "outperform"

      Cons

      Focus on IPO in 2020, nothing else. From incl. mid management upwards mostly young and inexperienced managers. Treatment of interns not really nice, job positions/expectations constantly change due to inexperienced managers. Broken promises to employee´s.
