Fun Company Culture but Executive Management doesn't know what they are doing

People, office culture are top tier.

Cons

There is a lot to love about Celonis - the people, the office culture, and product. But as much as you want the company to succeed, executive management (i'm talking about right from the very top) prevents you from doing the right thing. Lots of micromanaging, and nepotism. Frustrating to work with, and at the end of the day, you feel like you have no say over your output.

Pros

Great local culture in the Raleigh office. Workplace services people do an amazing job. The product is top of the market and when the company finally IPO's it's going to be a nice payout for everyone. Benefits are great.

Cons

Somewhat of a revolving door for leadership except the founders. Pay is pretty much market standard but in order to keep the good people and attract more top talent the company needs to improve salary bands across the board.
