      Very Smart People HR/Payroll/IT are very responsive Great Industry Reputation - Magic Quadrant Leader Great Training and Job Resources

      Cons

      Advanced Degrees are 'shiny objects' that get placed in roles they should not be in. North American Leadership is often harsh, critical and anxious, thus creating much insecurity compared to EMEA leadership and teams which are much more cohesive, loyal, and therefore more productive.
