      Pros

      Good benefits, like unlimited PTO, paternity, and maternity leave, the people that you work with for the most part are pretty cool. The technology is really good in theory and can be good in practice.

      Cons

      It is amazing that this company is still around because of the founders ego's not letting go of control and hiring their buddies. There are always layoffs at the end of every fiscal year that leave you scratching your head. The business development team just cycles through closed lost every year. Sure it looks nice from the outside with all those customer stories but in truth must customers never see value. The only constant at Celonis is change and for some reason that change is never good.
