Pros

Direct sales team is generally good. Leadership and adjacent teams are passive aggressive. Sales & technical do not get along at all. Both seem diametrically opposed. It's really sad; not like other firms I have been at where both team up to kick-butt. My experience was just tragically bad. A lot of 20 year old kids telling sales veterans what they should do. Yea... Um,,, NO!

Cons

Like everything....seriously...Senior leadership beats on you constantly. They are never around to help despite multiple attempts asking. It's Oracle & Salesforce leadership, so beatings will continue until morale improves. Screw that! Oh, and do NOT trust any of the positive reviews...Go Woke... and go Broke... The whole MUCK FARS thing is just pure BS too...

Pros

Product is as advertised. CRO is a great leader. Powerful market momentum. Did you see the valuation?

Cons

Celonis confuses talking about how much it cares about its people with actually caring about its people. CEOs always talk about how amazing we are and how important we are to the company's success. And yet. After raising 1 billion, the healthcare costs for my family more than doubled. While you brag about industry-leading gross margins. Worst in class stock compensation by a country mile. Most salaries and all benefits are below market for enterprise SaaS. The worst part is the spin about all the above. No the stock comp is not more generous than industry standard. No my healthcare is not like Google's. Just stop spinning me.

Pros

Product is fun to work with and brings certain customers tons of value. Good pockets of middle management.

Cons

Layoff of entire customer success group recently leaving sour taste in mouth of employees and customers. The “fix” is expanding of other roles’ responsibilities, with no pay increases. WLB is bad - executives work all the time, and expect same of subordinates. PTO is not respected, everything is always “ASAP” or “urgent” Expecting lots of turnover in next year
