      Pros

      Very impressed with Celonis, this is the company that I have been looking for during my career. Coming out of my prior position in a very large ERP solution provider and joining Celonis was the best career decision that I have made. The people and products at the company are truly amazing. Celonis truly lives their core values of: Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It, the Earth is our future and FISA (Focus, Invent, Simplify and Act). Very impressed with my new company and am looking forward to a fully rewarding career here at Celonis.

      Rapid growth can be a challenge, but Celonis manages this exceptionally well.

      with hyper-growth comes a bit of chaos, good for some. not for others some processes need attention

      Pros

      Startup culture with a great collection of talented people. Really easy to be excited about your job when the product is great, your colleagues are all extremely talented, and the technology is still fairly new. Great onboarding program to help get you up to speed the first month of employment.

      Cons

      Given it's a startup environment, processes are still being built and roles are still being defined.
