Too many applications for finding information. Would prefer that is was more centralized, but once you get a handle on where things are, it's manageable.

1) Powerful product 2) Opportunity to work with super smart and passionate people and top brand customers 3) Intellectually stimulating and great learning opportunity 4) Constant focus on improving the culture and increasing diversity 5) Lot of opportunities to contribute outside your typical role and make an impact 6) Overall, very exciting and fun! Not a dull moment

1) Fast paced environment...so, might not be for all ! 2) Not typical 9-5 as often we work with enterprise customers located all over the globe.

If you are a driven seller, you will love Celonis. The solution is real and transformative. Sales management is involved and experienced. This is the right place and the right time if you want to invest.

Cons

You need to run your own business and also be a collaborative team player. If you are looking for hand holding still at this point in your career, this is not the place to be. We work hard but we enjoy it.
