      This is a newer team. There's a lot of change and opportunity to be part of that change. The company is a learning organization - foster and support continuous learning. You can see it from the start of onboarding The leadership is visionary and truly lives and breathes " Best Team Wins" and cares for the people. The product is solid and sells itself. Amazing and smart people to work with.

      Cons

      No 401k contribution from the company currently Work is primarily remote, but there are considerations from the company to promote mental wellness and help employees in finding some balance in this new way of working. Customers can be based in different international time zones; however, there is consideration in balancing time to manage the need to support the customer in unique timezones.
