      Pros

      There are few companies where you are building a new category in enterprise software together with such a passionate, smart group of people as well as a highly innovative product. Strong culture with a collaborative, open-feedback work environment. Very steep learning curve with a lot of responsibility from an early stage onward. Great development opportunities within a global organization. There are many other things that come to mind, like a great office location (Bryant Park), free lunches, happy hours and more.

      Cons

      Not a 'con', more of an advice: joining a hypergrowth company also means being comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
