Not many good things to say, am looking outside to get out of this mess

Cons

Leadership is a disaster and the constant shift in direction and programs with a product that is complex is damn near impossible, The best talent is leaving and not much is done to make day to day flow smoothly. Career progression is non-existent and entirely based on how well liked you are, to be well liked you must be a burned out workhorse.

dynamic and diverse team, not much to say here.

Cons

welcoming in the beginning but immediately after a lot of pressure. A LOT. Also some people had horrible sarcastic comments and were super rude. my experience was awful and would not recommend at all working here.
