We're glad to hear that you found some positives in our benefit plan, teams, and networking opportunities. However, we're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with salary levels, management, and the company culture.
We aim to compensate our employees competitively, following our pay for performance philosophy. We conduct annual merit cycles funded with a meaningful budget for salary increases and industry-level equity refreshes. Additionally, employees have an opportunity to be promoted twice a year.
We acknowledge the importance of effective leadership and are committed to ongoing development and training to enhance leadership skills across all levels of management. To that extent, experienced and first-time leaders, as well as those new to Celonis, are all invited to take part in our leadership development offerings, which build self-awareness and opportunities to develop leadership skills aligned to our Leadership Principles.
We acknowledge the impact layoffs can have on our people. Celonis helps companies across the globe and across all industries to identify inefficiencies they couldn't see before and to fix them to become more efficient in terms of bottom line, top line and green line. We apply the same approach to our own organization and are constantly looking into ways to be more efficient, and sometimes that means making difficult decisions in order to set the company up for long-term success.
