Can not go out side. Low salary and too much expectations from mqnager. Extra sitting hours is called good attitude else not.

Low work load however conservative mindset for office timing.

Pros

- Good rewards and bonuses. - High referral bonuses around 20,000 - Good infrastructure.

Cons

- Very conservative mindset of office timing, 9 hours per day. Also if you leave office at 6:30 which is official timing of day end, people stare at you like you have committed some crime. - Very low technical learning. No unit testing from developer side. Also despite being a product based company no one cares about the performance of the application. No performance testing is done. - Work from home is considered as leave. Every time you apply form WFH you have apply it on the dashboard mentioning it as leave.
