this is the most unprofessional company to work here. very high level of micromanagement. long working hrs 9.30hrs, no open culture.

Cons

not even a single one. you can say infrastucture is good. very less increment. no opportunity to grow

- Good for fresher. - Salary on time.

Cons

- So many rules are there to follow. - Salary hike is not good compare to other companies. - You have to sit longer hours (more than your working hour). - Work load is there. - Company more prefer to hire freshers candidates only because freshers join in less salary.

Waste more time on discussion rather than actually work on it

Cons

- Feedbacks are taken but no actions performed on them - frequently changes the process of working but still sticks to slavery at the end - Timings suck - Management suck - No idea of how to get the change still pretends to be the best
