      Pros

      Everyone is very quick at responding. The recruitment team helps tremendously to get into the intelligence community field. Very helpful with getting new contracts set up and help find ones that are within your field of interest.

      Cons

      Since CenCore is a subcontract under a main contractor for the Access Control Specialist job, it was frustrating at times dealing with the main contractor, but that's not really CenCore's fault-just part of the process of this specific job.

      If I had one I'd list it here.

      Cons

      Don't expect the contract you're initially offered to be your final one. My contract with them changed 3 times before I started working, all resulting in lower pay. Many of their employees that you have contact with are rude and have a total disregard for you or your questions. I haven't had a single good experience working with them. If you're considering working for them, make sure you consider how much you value your salary and your work environment. This company is a mistake to work for, and I sincerely hope they make some changes.
