      Pros

      Great environment and great people to work with. It is a perfect environment of a small business with great leadership and potential to grow into a solid company.

      Cons

      Work hours are somewhat sporadic, but management is flexible to personal needs and schedules where possible.

      Flexible schedule, interesting work, and was able to use time to apply elsewhere.

      Cons

      Was hired, moved to another state, and then my contract changed which reduced my salary by 7k a year... my choice was to turn the offer down and be unemployed just days after my move, or accept it. They said they overlooked a part of the contract and had to change my pay..... which was already well below industry standard to begin with.
