      Pros

      Great Work/life balance You have a ton of things on your side when selling against competitors. They are a well known name Leadership has them on the right track in terms of where they are headed from a strategy and GTM standpoint.

      Cons

      Publishing as we used to know it is basically done. Books are over; However, Cengage understands that and will be fine if they do the right things
