      None this company will suck the life out of you.

      Cons

      Micromanaging from hell! They get mad if you go to the bathroom! You cannot be a human being if you work for this company. It’s work from home but god forbid if you do anything that isn’t answering 100 phone calls.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, some mangers are very helpful, PTO and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Pay is not enough for the amount of work and expectations. No real productivity goals however your expected to meet them without any set standard, some racism and favoritism within the company. Bonus are cents on the dollar. Does 70 surveys a year with no change's old programs to work claims. Training sucks if you don't pass training they will fire you

      They literally set u up to fail. All they do is look for stuff to get you in trouble for. High highhhhhhh turnover. Stay away from this employer. You'll be miserable evrry day of your life working here
