      flex schedule remote work not micromanaged a diverse body of employees caring associates who really work hard

      Cons

      goal post always moving they will work you to death no accountability from collaborating teams no training or onboarding-you gotta figure it out urself leadership, collectively lack emotional IQ favorites very reactive culture leadership lacks empathy no upward movement internally disability administration is horrible pay could be more competitive

      Cons

      Company does some shady, underhanded things to employees. You cannot trust what they tell you. The communication is poor. Management has chosen to ignore requests by employees for meetings. Absolutely the worst management team I have ever worked under. They pile more and more responsibilities on you and you are not treated as a professional. Employees are currently leaving with a quickness.
