Pros
On average they pay well which in hindsight is how they convince people to stay longer than they should.
Cons
While they boast of inclusivity, wokeness, and valuing employees- the reality is anything but. At the end of the day upper management will close ranks to protect themselves and their bottom line. Those that speak up and speak out are silenced through demotions, isolation, and lay offs. They have a history of defrauding their members and the government. They feed into the for profit prison systems.
