Pros

Currently the only pros are that I don’t have to interview for another job and that I can work from home during a pandemic, which to me, should be bare minimum.

Cons

They absolutely do not care about you. Working for this company is terrible. Everything is thrown last minute at you with minimal training or communication. Promotions or even a lateral move is almost impossible to come by. They do not pay well, at least here where I am in Michigan. They do not give any sort of significant raise or bonus. Still do not want anyone working from home really. They do not recognize hard workers and let people slack off and put the work on others and just expect it to get done with zero recognition.

Good coworkers and an easy job.

Cons

The company and culture are very toxic. They use the employees to handle more than they signed up for. The supervisor for the most part super suck. Management is non existing.
