Pros

Good health insurance, but that’s it.

Cons

Absolutely horrendous place to work. The leadership has no idea what they are doing, driving the place to the ground. Except for a few developers, the majority of the developers there have no idea what they are doing. Pretty sure they can’t even write a for loop. Management turns a blind eye to the massive incompetence of not only the development teams but the product teams too. If you like to be over worked and work with monkeys then this is the place for you!

Pros

Somewhat competitive pay and some nice folks.

Cons

They claim to be a technology company, but they use antiquated systems and practices. They are slow to adapt and change, which is actually a deeply ingrained trait of senior leadership. Your work will likely go unnoticed and unrewarded. Tons of interdepartmental bickering and finger pointing. No one is interested in helping you unless they have an obligation to do so. 401k matching is shamefully low and deceptively advertised. They say "matches 50% of the first 6% that you contribute". This actually means 3%, so just say that. To make it worse, the vesting schedule is tiered over the course of 5 years. Their insurance premiums are shamefully high. You can expect yearly increases as much as 20%. Plummeting stock price. The CEO is completely detached from the reality of normal working people. It's hard to respect a man that demands a 25 million dollar salary, and then tries to talk about income and social inequality in the country. It would be comical if it wasn't so sad. Ultimately the company will only do the right thing for their employees when there is a legal obligation or liability.

Pros

Other departments appeared to have it together.

Cons

gaslighting manager who was not familiar with her position. CEO attempted to be engaged but staff was unable to join the calls. Was told by management we did not have time to listen or participate.
