      Pros

      Leadership is number one in any successful endeavor. I have worked in this field 30+ years and have met with many management styles. Center Point's Executive team has been very honest and transparent with me as an employee, they have been very supportive of my work, and of me as an individual. They are making an effort to meet the earnings challenges for our field and in our geographic area.

      Cons

      In the Substance Use Disorder field, earnings have always been a challenge. Support with continuing education.
