CCR really does a great job taking care of their employees and, in turn, the employees take pride in providing great service to the clients. There are a lot of benefits that are not common at a small business and management solicits feedback from employees on a regular cadence. Management does a really good job at protecting the culture that the employees enjoy. There are monthly company meeting as well as a few other employee events throughout the year, some of which include employee families.

Fun work atmosphere and everyone is very helpful and easy to get along with. don't listen to the disgruntled reviews, CCR really is a great place to work. Sure, are there issues? Yes. Just like every other place. But the good far out weighs the bad. CCR does a TON of employee activities, trips, parties, lunches, etc. Management is involved and understanding. They even give bonuses which is like unheard of these days. If you work hard here, you are rewarded. CCR also hires from within and with all the recent growth, we've had a ton of employees move up within the company.
