Thank you for your review! We appreciate the time you took to provide feedback regarding CCR. We pride ourselves on providing great IT service to clients, but that wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for the great team members we have.
Profit sharing, "company" Parties, Plenty of Alcohol which actually is a good/bad thing as sometimes you need it to cope with the co-workers but bad as you end up leaving work loaded since it's not monitored. Easy to put in a coffee cup.
Cons
Lack of proper training in their environment, really don't move up in the company unless you are friends with upper management. If you have a disability, whether it be mental or physical, they do not accommodate for that, instead you will be written up and eventually let go. Double standards are a common practice.
