      The positive reviews on here are fake, they are created by the same people who use multiple accounts to leave a positive review to combat all of the negative ones and raise the overall rating. This is a 100% fact.. dont say I did not warn you. Upper management will screw up, and find a way to blame their poor decision on you. They will tell you that they want to hear from you about any concerns you have, do not believe that, its just a way for them to weed out anyone with an opinion different from theirs and make you a target to be fired.

      Supportive clinical leads and supervisors. Great part time work for people in school

      Cons

      Initial training was subpar. If I had not already worked as a behavior specialist I would have been lost.
