Pros

The CEO will promise you a lot of things; promotion, better pay, etc. This is a pro until you follow up with his promises and then he acts like he has no idea what you're talking about.

Cons

I worked here for over a year and can say I walked away with to a completely better environment. The company was completely unorganized and very deceitful behind doors. I worked closely with upper management and witnessed unethical, immoral, and negative environments throughout my time. The CEO and Program Supervisors openly talked down on families behind there backs and did not go into these homes for the right reason.

Pros

Best ABA company I've ever worked for, I wish I started my career here. Direct contract with Kaiser Permanente. Therefore, fast growing company, friendly staff, you won't get stuck as a ABA Therapist here. If you want to make ABA your career and join a distance masters program, you will likely get promoted to supervisor (based on reviews as a Behavior Specialist [aba therapist] from the other Supervisors) if you don't want to make the clinical side of ABA your career, new office positions are constantly being developed and current Behavior Specialists are encouraged to apply if they can survive the trenches of direct services. Passionate CEO, Regional Directors and Clinical Directors. ABA is not an easy field and only the passionate survive.

Cons

It's a fast growing company so there are constant policy changes but that is the common trend with ABA companies. Long days and a lot of driving but it gets reimbursed.
