Pros

Everyone who works with you or is above you is super friendly and I feel like they really want you to succeed. They also give you a lot of support and training when it comes to your clients. Also you get reimbursed for driving time and mileage (past your local CSD center anyway) which makes the long drives to clients worth it.

Cons

Scheduling department can be a little slow. They just hired someone else so hopefully that'll help speed things up on that end.

Pros

A few of the Trainers, Program Supervisors, and Regional Directors are phenomenal. They are supportive and make you happy to be part of the team. It is so rewarding intrinsically to help a child and their family who are struggling with ASD.

Cons

Many other employees, at all levels of the company, seem incompetent as well as oblivious to the impactful nature of working with individuals affected by ASD. What a nightmare. And the disorganization is incredible.

Pros

Direct service with the families Direct supervisors are amazing and the best part of the company Good pay

Cons

Huge lack of communication Implementing policies without communicating them until after they have taken affect HR is very disorganized and does not try to resolve employee concerns Upper management (director of operations, CEO, CFO, HR) all turn a blind eye to employee concerns The company will retract offers and compensation often
