Pros

I have been with CSD for 6 months and have never been a part of a more empathetic and open team. I am not treated as a number but as a true contributor who's ideas and opinions matter. The leadership team really practices their open door policy and every member is approachable and transparent. CSD is growing really rapidly and there is huge potential here. I love the passion in every team member I meet and how the values are truly lived by each level of team member within the company.

Cons

CSD has grown very quickly in a short amount of time. There is still a lot of work to do toward streamlining processes. I wouldn't consider this a con, just an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy a rewarding challenge.

Pros

Enjoy who I work with. Team is top-notch. My leaders is dedicated and supportive. Some people who left prior are coming back. I enjoy working here, and it's getting better every day

Cons

Compensation is really good once you get your BCBA. I'm in line to do that. New program where tuition can be 100 covered makes up for lower starting pay a lot
