100% tuition coverage for employees who go back to school!!! TRUE values: Transparency, Respect, Understanding, Excellence. Dedicated to providing quality services to clients. Encourages employee feedback on how they can improve and actually implements it. I’ve worked for several ABA companies and I’ve never seem another company more passionate about providing benefits, support, initiatives, incentives, etc. for employees than CSD is. The company is constantly adjusting to make sure it’s providing the best services to its clients and the best support and resources for its employees. Also, they are eager to promote employees from within and often create new roles to accommodate business needs and to create more opportunities of growth for current staff.

Cons

Things are not always perfect. However, the company encourages feedback and makes adjustments to improve anything that’s not working well.

Clinical teams are not always present or supportive when needing help on a case, clinical teams are not personable, families can be disrespectful towards worker, client cancellations = no pay,

Best decision to join CSD

Pros

have worked at other ABA companies, and they are not all the same. CSD has its act together. Not perfect, no where is, but I get real support here. Entire team, at every level, cares about our clients. Best time to join now with new college benefit available after just 90 days. I'm going to take advantage of this myself.

Cons

None really, other than I wish I would have joined earlier. And should have asked for more support earlier on., which I was new.
