All about the money, could care less about the people

Pros

Clinicians want to do a great job

Cons

Training is sitting in front of a computer not interacting with anyone. It is the most bizarre unorganized training people have to go through. You sit in front of a computer day after day without interacting with people. It is the most disconnected training I have ever been through. It is the bare basics to say they "trained you." Then I get into the field and the clinicians all seem unhappy. They keep complaining about how the company is just about money and how the CEO is a sellout and a bully. No one seems happy here. I see the intent about the job but really? It is one of the worst cultures I have been a part of. I felt like everyone was robots and everyone was just waiting to get their next job. I would not apply to this company at any level. It is a joke.

Pros

Mid Level Employees (Program Supervisors, Program Coordinators) are intelligent, dedicated and care about their families. The families CSD work with are wonderful and understanding people.

Cons

Where to begin - For the behavior specialists: If you want good training, on going support, grow as a clinician or want a steady paycheck.... DO NOT WORK HERE. The training is horrible, the Mid-Level supervisors are overworked and their caseloads are too large so do not expect too much support as they do not have enough time in the day. For Mid Level - They have recently changed most of the salaried positions to hourly and this, in turn is resulting in a pay cut and insecurity for people with masters level degrees. Half of the mid-level staff quit within a period of several weeks! Their motto, so they say is "We get it!" ...... They don't get anything but money and over work their staff to the point that everyone is burned out. They may promise you clinical hours towards to professional license, but good luck getting those hours as they are not hiring Clinical Directors who have the experience or ability to provide supervision hours.

Pros

Working with kids, fairly flexible with schedules with advance notice, fulfilling work

Cons

No benefits-only part time, if a client cancels there is no stipend-you just lose the money, training is all electronic now, lack of program supervisors
