Morning schedule for Supervisor's are flexible Possibility of moving up within the company

CSD claims that Supervisors have paid vacation- however supervisors are expected to bill all of their hours while maintaining 50/50 indirect/direct. In conclusion, there is no such thing as a paid holidays at CSD. Clinical Supervisors are overworked. They just recently added to our expectations, however no pay increase was offered. Upper management needs major support in managing. Most of upper management began as a Behavior Specialist and they have lack of experience in the field as it pertains to recent days paired with little to no educational background. This combination is going to wipe out CSD.

Great company to be part of. and amazing guy leading it. One of the very few companies at this size that private equity hasn't taken over . Pete's (CEO) unique passion, culture, vision and mission keep it at the top! Most of his executive team remains with him and the ones that left found better jobs because of CSD! Everyone in leadership grew within the company, they are former behavior technicians and they are the best. Professional development is Pete's focus... Also, the company really cares about their clinicians and it clearly shows.

Cons

All the industry is impacted by strong turnover but CSD continues to be better than the rest. I would also try to have healthier snacks at offices... too much sugar and pizza.
