Pros

1. Owner Pete Pallares, Regional Director Kristin Bria, and all CSD Directors, are kind and thoughtful, they ask for our ideas, and implement them whenever possible. 2. Program Supervisors can focus on the client work because at CSD the admin work is done by the admin and scheduling teams. 3. Flexible work environment; Program Supervisors create their own schedules, and can work from home most of the time. 4. Great salaries, holiday pay, and vacation/sick time (PTO). 5. We get to improve the lives for individuals with autism and their families!
