They are extremely desperate for people, and don’t bother you to much. So long as you show up they are happy.

Cons

CHEAP!! They don’t compensate people in accordance with California law. The upper management does not care about the kids. They don’t see these autistic children as people. All they see is $$$.

Pros

Family like environment. Colleagues are smart, friendly and inclusive. Positive environment. Lots of room for growth and professional development. I feel very supported here. I do my job well, work hard and it pays off. I really wouldn't want to be anywhere else. My managers are so supportive. CEO is a blast and passionate for the field.

Cons

I didn't start here years ago.
