Pros

Flexible hours, if you’re a student most cases only start after 2:30 pm so you can take classes in the morning. If you are in a masters program there’s room to move up in the company! And lastly the employees I’ve met really do value their work and their clients which is refreshing!

Cons

Understaffing problems can sometimes be felt with how much case supervision support you receive.

Gives great evaluations to do the job and training and all staff are helpful to your needs.

Time in between clients - can be a little rushed due to varying travel situations on the road
