Pros

Communication is fantastic and the cultural atmosphere can't be beat. Everyone is there to support you and see you grow. If you have concerns, they are dealt with promptly. They are open to change and want to see growth everywhere. They are multidisciplinary and look out for the client's and their families. Everyone is there to make a difference. Their benefits are amazing and they treat their employees well.

Cons

Since they are solely contracted with the BHPN, hours are difficult to manage and caseloads are quite large. But they are always looking for ways to take work off and lessen the load elsewhere to accommodate.

Fast growing company - opportunities for advancement and professional growth from within. Teamwork and collaborative - most people are good about keeping egos in check, and are always willing to help each other.

Cons

Growing pains - with any fast-growing company, there's always bound to be growing pains... preparing for these pains could be better. High turnover among part-timers - providing adequate benefits to part-time employees in order to retain them is still a work in progress.
