      Company focuses on profit, puts you at risk with COVID, legal and ethical concerns, has increasing productivity demands

      Pros

      Initially, you were fairly paid for the amount of work you put in. However, significant increases in productivity without any increase in pay has disqualified this as a pro.

      Cons

      The demand to meet productivity, that is continually increasing, despite barriers with delivering in-home services due to COVID-19. Constant threats of furloughs and removal of benefits. Management requires constant reminders from staff to follow legal and ethical regulations for service implementation.

      Casual work environment, flex hours- That's it.

      Cons

      Unsupportive, inexperienced management within the Alameda, Ca office, lack of training and support for new employees, immature, backstabbing co-workers...overall toxic work environment.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized. The company is only invested in making money and does not care about the quality of service they provide. HR department has outdated practices and does not have competent staff. They promise training and flexible hours but it's just a lie to get you to work for them. Avoid at all cost!
