Pros

Wonderful staff and clients. Meaningful work. Free-ish education program.

Cons

Ridged attendance policy. If you get the free education then you can only miss like 3 hour a month or they take away your funding. Pay is very low for the risks you take. Multiple employees have been hospitalized for injuries from clients.
