The non clinical side of management is hard to work with. Does not have a good work/life balance

Pros

A multitude of qualified clinicians and support overall made this company tolerable.

Cons

Productivity exceeds above all. Quality of service declines when clinicians are unable to meet the required billable monthly hours. The added adminstration work and stress overall was not worth sacraficing my mental health which leads to a large turnover in qualified clinicians.
