Pros

Typically reliable hours for RBTs, full-time employees eligible for full tuition to complete bachelor's degree.

Cons

Top heavy, expanding too quickly, top levels of management completely removed from realities of daily operation. Training is not the worst in the industry, but it's pretty bad. Employee experience depends greatly on luck of the draw - which supervisors you work with, when you were hired, why you were hired, etc. Constant turnover for any position below RD/OM.
