Pros

I have been working at CSD for over 1.5 years and this has been one of the most positive work environments I have experienced in the ABA field. Compensation is excellent, caseloads are manageable, support is phenomenal, and the perks are unbelievable! For full time employees you receive health benefits, retirement, a good amount of paid time off, drive time and mileage, company phone, and the best of all...the Dreams Come True Program (DCT)! DCT is a newer program that CSD offers to help employees with tuition to further their career in any field they choose. You can receive full tuition coverage through select universities or you can choose your own university and receive up to a certain amount per year. When I first heard about it, I thought, to myself "this is too good to be true" however, once I applied and received my first tuition check in the mail, I can confirm it really is true! I will be graduating with my Master's degree in Special Education: Applied Behavior Analysis in less than 2 months. Thank you CSD for making this happen!

Cons

A slightly higher compensation is always appreciated, however, these perks heavily outweigh this "con"

Thank you for your feedback. We do have quite the friendly staff and the kids are just the greatest. We agree that the work that our Behavior Specialists do is extraordinary. In the four years you've been here, I bet you have made quite the connection with many of the families you've worked with. Please feel free to reach out to me at any point if you ever want to connect and provide more feedback about your experience - Armando Luna-Medina, VP of Engagement & Diversity
