Hours are flexible and the kids are awesome

Cons

The way the clinical team manages their cases and set up “goals” for their clients is unorganized and really shows you that they don’t really know their clients well. You have maybe one to two times a month your clinical team is present during your sessions, however they don’t give much guidance on how to improve or what you can do to better your clients.

-No PTO for full time BTs -No Paid Holidays -Very limited sick time -No Health Benefits until you've reached 6 months with company -No budget for client-related materials/resources -Supervisors sometimes don't answer phones -Supervisors write poor programming that doesn't effect real improvements in behavior -Supervisors seem unqualified and inexperienced -Pay is low
