Pros

love my team and the training we do. especially love our mission and helping my kiddos. Our CEO held an all-company Town Hall and was personal and transparent. I've never been part of a company where we get the full picture of what's working well and where we need to improve. Also, I sent a follow up to the CEO and my regional leader and heard back from both the same day. Impressive communication and follow-up. Shows RESPECT of the team and ENGAGED leadership.

Cons

It took me a while to get the hang of this. There is some internal resistance to change, but continually improving is what we're all about. Overall, best decision I made to join CSD.

Monthly Phone reimbursements twent five split into two payments Offer twenty dollar incentives for picking up sub sessions Paid Traing at minimum wage Awesome scheduling dept

Cons

Lack team work Some BCBA's are not very supportive nor do they listen to BI's concerns No compensation for cancelled appointments which happend alot You can have 30 hour on monday and on friday have as little as 2.5 hours
