This company genuinely invests in it's staff, and makes sure that our team is enriched both through support and education. The people in charge make sure our minds are nourished and in exchange it creates a workspace that allows for efficiency and collaboration. It starts at the very beginning with our recruiting team and that support follows you years after through our regional director and clinical teams. This is a collective network of people that invest in you and in exchange makes you want to give your best self to get the job done.

Great Company to get started in the field.

Cons

BS/RBT are only offered part-time so the hours aren’t great. On top of that there’s always client cancellation so living off that won’t be possible. If they offered full time BS/RBT positions then the turnover rate would be less.
