I've worked a lot of part-time jobs and this is the first one that I've clicked with. love working with kids and helping them and their families make progress. very fulfilling and can work as much as I can around my school schedule, evenings or weekends.

Cons

started in-home only and had lots of drive time. used the time to call my mom and stay connected so didn't mind it that much but enjoy working in the centers more
