Good pay, flexibility with schedule, autonomy with schedule, great leadership and, central reach. Bonus for meeting billables

Cons

High turnover rate for behavior specialists, which results in unhappy caregivers. Midlevels with minimal experience. High billable expectations, 6 hours per day. A lot of driving and cancellations for families.
