Not a company to work for

Pros

Good pay and benefits Great clinical staff

Cons

This company does not have the employees best interest. They are all about numbers and making a profit. They do not care about anything but that. Top management is a serious joke and the CEO does not know what he is doing. If you are ok with being told what to do, micro-managed and worked to the ground, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would steer clear away from this organization. They also play favorites and you have people in these top level positions who lack the leadership, personality and skill to do what they do effectively.

Pros

Program Supervisors and Clinical Directors are great. Behavior Specialists are hard working.

Cons

If you are anything above a Program Supervisor good luck. Get ready for not having a life other than billing all the time. You will be forced to bill and to take on additional clients to "hold" because there is always a push for more clients to attain more profit or because people end up leaving shortly after they realize this. The upper management does not understand when to stop accepting clients. Quality of care goes way down when staff become over worked. CEO is rude and makes promises he cannot keep. Tells people they will be promoted and back tracks. I had also witnessed yelling and arguing with staff openly. Just overall unprofessional.

Great Job but depends on the region

Pros

-Good benefits (Dreams Come True Program & PTO) -Great flexibility (Have control of your own schedule) -Great co-workers (Again, depends on your region)

Cons

-When issues arise, management comes up with only short-term solutions rather than long-term solutions (This causes the same issues to come up constantly) -Do not make an effort to retain current employees -When issues arise and it takes a toll on the employees, there is no effort to check in with them and see how things can be resolved -Hourly employees are under constant stress with maintaining billable hours & cancellations (Majority of this issue is out of their control) -You feel like you are constantly being told of the things you do wrong and it makes you question all the hard work you do already -Not having a regional director as a BCBA creates a gap in employees as they might not know the struggles that employees are going through/ experiencing
