      If I could give zero stars, I WOULD.

      -Good pay. -Reimbursed drive time. (That's literally it)

      Cons

      -Admin is horrible at communication & don't listen to their employees. -They do not care about their BT's, LABA's, or BCBA's. -Part time employees get little to not benefits. -They are extremely money hungry. -They will either over-work you or underwork you.

      Zero support for BTs and Families

      Entry level job, getting your foot in the door with ABA, build connections with families in the community

      Cons

      Management, admin. Zero support for BTs, I felt very taken advantage of, no benefits, no hazard pay although we were expected and required to work through a pandemic. No PTO, very few sick days which they made virtually impossible to cash in when you did need them. Admin needs an attitude adjustment when it comes to the way they treat their employees. Training was minimal at best, and lacked any real experience for working with clients.
