      Pros

      There are many opportunities to work more hours by picking up shifts and when doing so there is an incentive. This is a job perfect for someone in school or wanting to be very part time.

      Cons

      My clients canceled a lot and when they do it is up to us to make up those hours, by doing so you need to cover shifts which is hard to do if you have a busy life schedule outside of work. Everything communicated is via email/text so there's no real connection other than a handful of people. Youre kinda just thrown into the clients homes right away with not much training (only a week via zoom clicking right through slides), it would have been great for more training since it was an entry level position and most applying have no experience.

      1. Inconsistent hours: families are prone to cancelling last minute and you might not get paid 2. Training should be more consistent throughout the year 3. High turnover rate for Behavioral Specialists
